Established in 1970,  the club has over the many years supported our growing community and shared many friendships and social activities.

Kingscliff, the Tweed Coast’s original seaside town, has welcomed growth without loosing its laid-back ambiance.

Similarly, Kingscliff Rotary is a friendly club, welcoming of new members and those seeking to get engaged with their community – both locally and around the globe!

Corporate Duck Races starting at approx. 10:30am*

Decorate your duck and promote your business!

Bring your corporate duck along on race day to check-in your entry (from 8am to 9:30am)

To keep things fair, please don’t include added flotation or wind assistance in your decoration.

Note: To retain the natural beauty of our creek, ensure you decorations are non-toxic and will not shed or displace added materials. Your duck may not be eligible to enter the race if determined to be unsafe or potentially polluting. For example, plastics based glitter will not be eligible for placement in the water or the race.

When entering your Corporate Duck, please provide a few details about your business or club to assist our announcer on the day.

COMMUNITY DUCK RACE

The Community Duck Race involves smaller yellow ducks (numbered from 1 to 1,500) which can be purchased by the public in the form of a raffle ticket, racing down the Cudgen Creek adjacent to the Ed Parker Rotary Park, for the opportunity to win a share of $1,000 in cash prizes.

Community Duck Races starting at approx. 10:45am*

The day is a family fun day and a great way to promote your business or club.

*Times and tides are subject to change without notice

Please note: The purchase of a Community Duck entitles you to the number of the duck and not the duck itself.

The winners of the duck races will be adjudicated impartially and with no prejudice.  Judges decision on the day is final and will not be taken into argument or debate.  We appreciate your understanding.
